Crews Battle Early Morning House Fire In Newaygo County

Newaygo, Mich. (June 24, 2014) — Crews in Newaygo County were called to an early morning house fire on Cooper Street.

Dispatch tells FOX 17 that the fire broke out at 5:53 a.m. on June 24, and that the home was engulfed in flames. No one was home at the time of the fire and crews from Newaygo, White Cloud, and Fremont responded.

At last check, around 6:45 a.m., the fire was out and crews were putting out hot spots.
