WYOMING, Mich. -- A family living on Buchanan Avenue in Wyoming is seeking a refund from a tree cutting service.

Two trees were knocked down in the Reavis family's backyard during the tornado in early July.

Adam Reavis said he hired Jeremy McMahan to cleanup the mess. McMahan owns Green-Again Tree Service.

Reavis and his wife paid McMahan $650 upfront for a $1,300 job. The couple showed the FOX 17 Problem Solvers the contract.

More than a month later, the stumps remain.

Watch the video for the full story and for McMahan's response. We will continue to follow this story.
