BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – A 12 year old boy was pronounced dead at the scene of an ATV accident located on the 2300 block of Walton Road in Niles Township.
Officials say the ATV driven by the boy struck a parked car and he was thrown off the ATV. A witness said the ATV was resting on top the boy. He was not wearing a helmet.
The accident is still currently under investigation by the Berrien County Sheriff’s Departments Accident Investigation Team.
