Two people arrested after deputies raid two possible meth labs

COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, Mich.- Two people were taken to the Kalamazoo County Jail after two homes were raided by deputies early Saturday morning.

According to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department, deputies received search warrants for two homes in the 6100 Block of Imperial Drive in Comstock Township. Officers from the Kalamazoo Metropolitan Swat Team executed a search warrant at one of the residences while Deputies from the Kalamazoo Sheriff’s Department executed the second search warrant an a structure across the street.

While executing these search warrants officers and deputies discovered items used to manufacture methamphetamine, meth related paraphernalia and multiple firearms were seized from the residence.

Two Kalamazoo area residents were arrested and are currently lodged at the Kalamazoo County Jail on various charges.
