GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Mike Baxter of East Jordan, MI says he has all kinds of ideas bouncing around in his head, his wife Melissa sometimes rolls her eyes when he tells her about the new ones.
But not the Popcorn Ball.
It's one of those things that makes you ask "why hasn't anyone come up with that sooner?" when you get a look at it. Instead of putting butter or seasoning on the top of a bowl of popcorn while the bottom remains bland and dry, this allows you to put your flavors in then rotate the ball so everything is evenly mixed.
While Baxter has a few models on hand, to mass produce them he needs money and has started a Kickstarter campaign to raise the needed funds ($50,000).
