MUSKEGON, Mich. — The Muskegon Police Department is asking for your help in finding a person of interest believed to be linked to several home invasions.
Police say they are searching for 19-year-old Leroy Payne. They believe he is tied to the several home invasions that have happened over the past few weeks in the Marquette neighborhood.
