REYNOLDS TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 68-year-old woman from Jenison was killed Wednesday after a two-vehicle crash in Reynolds Township.

The crash was reported at about 5:49 p.m. in the area of Federal and Almy roads, according to a release from the Montcalm County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies say a 2009 Pontiac travelling westbound on Almy did not stop at the stop sign at Federal and collided with a northbound Ford F-150.

The woman driving the Pontiac was transported to Kelsey Hospital and later died.  Her identity has not been released.

A 17-year-old female passenger from Hudsonville was also transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The driver of the truck, a 17-year-old male from Howard City, sustained minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
