Weight loss surgeries are both really expensive and potentially dangerous.
It’s much safer to drop the weight by constantly exercise and eating the right types of food.
Remember, guys, nutrition counts for up to 80% of the total fat loss and muscle building process.
If you need help picking out the right types of food and getting started, I recommend checking out Anabolic Cooking.
I bought it after finding a review on http://futurebod.com and have been able to drop 10 pounds this month so far without sacrificing my love for tasty food.
Might be something to look into! Surgery should be a last resort for those who aren’t able to lose the weight naturally.

You should’ve told me this before. I’ve been on the Loaded Gun Diet for a while now and I’m losing weight without giving up on my favourite sweets and burgers. But if you offer me a surgery to take it off in a day, IDK…

Another way to lose weight without surgery is also quite effective. Diet and Exercise. Sure it’s not as exotic as surgery but it works. I have lost 24 lbs in 24 days. I blog about it daily. http://marcjacobsweightloss.blogspot.com

Crybabies are weak and the medical industry and big pharma know this!
Its a bully filled “ring around the rosey”
Media holding the medical industries hand who is holding BIG pharma’s hand who is holding the Governments hand!
Next up my friends? Hospice, Then YOUR dirt nap, then the funeral home- next? The hearse and cemetery!!!
Keep buying the propaganda package pals!
