CROCKERY TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A deputy was injured following a crash Friday evening.
It happened around 7 p.m. along I-196 near 112th Ave. The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office said one of their deputies was on the scene of a vehicle roll-over when the crash happened.
They said the driver who crashed into the deputy’s vehicle didn’t see it due to poor weather conditions. Both they and the passenger in their SUV were taken to a local hospital–they’re listed in ‘good’ condition.
The deputy was also taken to the hospital for treatment. There’s no word yet on their condition.
