Sometimes in life all the stars align and you end up exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Such was the case for the creation of Fajita Republic Cantina.  When Kent Ward and Jim Carmody, (principals from JK&T Wings, Inc., one of the largest franchisees of Buffalo Wild Wings) set out to create Fajita Republic,  it was a perfect marriage of creativity, passion and finely tuned operations.

Kent and Jim co-founded JK&T Wings in the the early 90’s and over the past 20 years have gone on to successfully open, own and operate nearly 50 restaurants in Michigan, Louisiana, and Massachusettes.  Jim and Kent spend a considerable amount of time in Mexico, taking a break from the cold and recharging their creativity. During their travels they developed a love for Mexican food and  drinks. They began to explore ways to bring a culinary piece of Mexico back North of the border.
