MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 30-year-old Roosevelt Park woman has been arraigned on drunk driving charges after she was arrested in Muskegon over the weekend.
According to Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Tim Maat, Melissa Kaye Dillon was arrested Sunday after being pulled over at about 3 a.m. on East Laketon Avenue near Jefferson Street.
Her 3-year-old was in the backseat of her vehicle and Dillon’s mother came to the scene to pick the child up, Maat said.
Dillon was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated and child endangerment. According to Maat, she was previously convicted of drunk driving in 2008.
