CALVIN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — One person was airlifted to the hospital after a crash Thursday afternoon.
It happened just before 2:00 p.m. on Cassopolis Road near Bullhand Street in Calvin Township.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Department said a 20-year-old man from Mishawaka Indiana was driving north on Cassopolis Road when he crossed the center-line and struck a semi-truck. The driver was injured and was airlifted to the hospital.
Police said the semi driver, a 40-year-old man from Wyoming was not hurt.
The crash remains under investigation.
