GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Before Summer arrives in full-swing and kids take off on their bikes, Lids for Kids held it’s annual event to make sure everyone is wearing a helmet properly this season.
The 2nd Annual Lids for Kids was held Saturday from 10:00am until Noon at Garfield Park at Madison and Burton SE. The event included a bike helmet giveaway for kids ages 4-12.

More than 460 bicycle helmets were given away this year at the event.
Sinas Dramis Law Firm hosted this years festivities, and Fox 17 was there to help pass out the helmets as a proud sponsor.
