A week later on Tuesday, July 28, a woman reported a very similarly described man expose himself in the 8600 block of E. Long Lake Drive.  He was last seen driving a black or a blue car on 25th Street.

Portage Police report a similar incident from May 27 that happened in the 8600 block of Angling Road.  The man there was last seen driving a newer model, black Jeep Cherokee.
