BETHESDA, Md. — The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced the recall of certain children’s watches, due to skin irritation and chemical burn hazards.

MZB Children’s “Light Up” Watches — The case-back of the watch can detach and expose the interior to water, posing a risk of skin irritation, redness, rashes or chemical burns.  About 1.9 million units are impacted in the recall.  They were sold at Kmart, Kohl’s, Walmart and other retailers.  The firm has received 11 reports of skin irritations or chemical burns.
