WEST MICHIGAN – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips to help get two of West Michigan’s Most Wanted off the streets.

44-year-old Juan Arredondo has been wanted since May 2010 by the Michigan State Police Wayland Post for failing to register as a sex offender.  He was originally convicted of 4th Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct involving a minor under the age of 15 back in 2000.

Arredondo also goes by the name “Manuel Guerrero”.  He is 5’9″, between 170 and 210 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Federal authorities believe Arredondo is likely still in either the Grand Haven or Holland area.

Federal authorities are also seeking tips to try to locate 31-year-old Martell Towers.

Towers is wanted on multiple warrants, including distribution of heroin and violation of his supervised release after serving time for being a felon in possession of a weapon back in 2005.

Warrants for both the supervised release violation and the distribution of heroin were issued by the U.S. Marshals and the West Michigan Enforcement Team (WEMET) in July 2015.

Towers’ distribution of heroin charge is based out of Muskegon, which is where investigators say he still may be hiding.

Towers has prior arrests on his record including assault, burglary, weapons violations, narcotics and fleeing police.

Towers is 5’9″, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

If you have any information that may help locate either Arredondo or Towers, you’re being asked to contact the U.S. Marshals at 1-877-926-8332.
