WHITE CLOUD, Mich. - The man who concealed the death of a baby girl in Newaygo County has been sentenced.

Matthew Bradley will spend between 28 months and 7 years in prison.

Before his sentencing, Bradley told the judge, "I know that concealing her death was wrong. I wish I had gone about it differently. I miss her everyday, and I apologize for everything."

In July, he pleaded guilty to concealing the death of Natallya Rich in May.  Bradley confessed that he was on drugs when he was supposed to be watching Natallya.  The Medical Examiner determined that Natallya's death was accidental.

Bradley first told family and officials that Natallya was missing.  The baby was found a few days later in the crawl space of the home.  Bradley was the boyfriend of Natallya's mother, Brittany Rich.

Rich told FOX 17, "He shouldn't have done what he did. I know he knows that now. I don't, I can't even process what he was thinking then. I mean, I understand he was scared."
