Police: Missing Holland 2-year-old believed to be with mother

HOLLAND, Mich. —  Two-year-old Jontaeshia Hines was reported missing Friday evening by Holland Police.

Hines is believed to be with her mother, 27-year-old Tiffany Nichols, and her mother’s boyfriend, 42-year-old Jim Lee-Junior Walker, according to a release.

Child Protective Services obtained an emergency removal order to take the toddler into their custody earlier on Friday.

Police said that Nichols may have fled the area with her daughter.

They may be traveling in a black 2002 Ford Taurus with Michigan plate DGU7319.

Police said in a release that the incident does not meet the requirements for an AMBER Alert.
