Police trying to ID suspected Holland bank robber

HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Deputies in Ottawa County are searching for a man suspected of robbing a PNC Bank in Holland Township Saturday morning.

According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department, the PNC Bank on West Lakewood Boulevard was robbed around 9:14 a.m.

A masked man entered the bank and demanded cash, according to police. He implied he had a weapon and got away with an undisclosed amount of money before running westbound away from the bank.

Ottawa County deputies released a surveillance photo of the suspect. He is described as a black man standing at about 6 feet tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans, a black stocking hat, and a mask.

Deputies  attempted a K-9 track but the suspect was not found.
