COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. -- Pat Naughton just wrapped up his high school football career in November. As a three-year starting quarterback for the Comstock Park Panthers, he threw for 6,133 yards, rushed for another 1,788, and scored a total of 78 touchdowns. He did all of this while both his parents -- Pat Sr. and Michelle -- battled cancer.

Michelle was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013, while Pat Sr. has fought leukemia since late last year and has seen his health deteriorate considerably in recent months.

A friend of the family has started a GoFundMe page to help the Naughton family with medical expenses.
