DETROIT, Mich. – Michigan will become a popular location for presidential debates next month.
A day after the Democratic Party announced that candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders will debate on March 6th in Flint, FOX News Channel announced that it will host a Republican debate on Thursday, March 3rd in Detroit.
The debate will be FOX News Channel’s third debate of the primary season and will be live at 9:00pm. Bret Baier, Megyn Kelly and Chris Wallace will be the moderators.
The Michigan primary election is on March 8th. Super Tuesday, a day of several important primaries across the country, is on March 1. Important primaries also take place on March 15 in Florida and Ohio.
The debate criteria will be announced closer to the date.
