MUSKEGON, Mich.–It’s a problem people all over the world face every day: hunger. So who better to help fight it than one of our FOX 17 Problem Solvers?
Cassandra Arsenault is participating in a fundraiser this weekend by The Women’s Division Chamber of Commerce. The organization has an annual ‘Dancing with the Local Stars’ competition, with proceeds going to food pantries and food programs in lower Oceana, upper Ottawa, and Muskegon Counties.
Thursday night, she performed a jazzy dance to “Move” by Little Max along with her dance partner, Patrick Johnson. She won the trophy for Critic’s Choice Award.
There are three more performances–one Friday night and two Saturday–but both evening shows are sold out. There are still tickets available for Saturday’s matinee performance–you can learn more about it here.
