ROCKFORD, Mich.  – A teen has pleaded guilty to making a threat against the Rockford school district.

Jagar Schwartz pleaded Tuesday to making a false threat of terrorism. In exchange for the plea, prosecutors dropped a charge of breaking and entering into a building.

Schwartz was accused of posting on Instagram, “I’m not complaining. I’m just gonna shoot everyone up,” according to the Kent County Sheriff’s office.  He was reportedly upset over being forced to repeat 11th grade.  Police did not find any weapons or evidence that Schwartz had access to any weapons.

Schwartz had also been charged in connection to a break-in in August at Grand Rapids E-Liquid on Northland Drive and vandalism at the Plainfield Charter Township Office in September.

Schwartz has agreed to pay over $2,200 in restitution. He’ll be sentenced on April 7.
