GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The youngest victim from the February mass shooting in Kalamazoo is heading home next Wednesday.

On the Abbie Kopf’s Recovery Facebook page, her family notified the public that Abbie will be leaving Mary Free Bed and returning home April 20.

Abbie was taken into rehab in March to recover after being critically injured the night of February 20th. Abbie was shot in the head at the Cracker Barrel in Kalamazoo. Four other women were killed there, in addition to two others at the Seelye Kia dealership.

Tiana Carruthers was also shot that night. She is expected to speak publicly for the first time Thursday.
