Whitecaps rookie pitcher Beau Burrows looked like a first round pick on Sunday against Dayton, throwing five innings of shutout ball and giving up just two hits. Burrows was taken with the 22nd overall pick in the 2015 MLB Draft.
The 19-year-old is now 0-1 with a 4.15 earned run average in two starts for the Whitecaps.
