HOLLAND, Mich. — The Holland Department of Public Safety is investigating an unarmed robbery from Wednesday night.

The robbery occurred in the area of S. Washington Ave and Matt Urban Drive around 10:20p.m. Police say a 19-year-old Hart man was walking towards a local business when he was approached by the two men who demanded money from him.

The victim tried to ignore the suspects, who then assaulted him and took a small amount of cash from him.

The suspects fled in what was described as a small, silver vehicle, possibly a Chevy Cavalier, missing the front passenger hubcap and headed south on S. Washington Ave.  The suspects were described as a white man in red flannel shirt and a Hispanic man in a gray t-shirt.

The victim was not injured.
