GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A Muskegon woman has been sentenced to two years in federal prison for lying to a grand jury.
Tunisia Phillips-Lark, also known as “Kesha” and “Nish Nish” was sentenced to two years in prison and then three years of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s office. She had previously pleaded guilty to one count of perjury for lying during a grand jury investigation into a cocaine distribution crime involving Larry Diggs. She admitted to she lied to try and keep Diggs from getting in trouble.
Diggs has since pleaded guilty to distributing cocaine, using and carrying a firearm during a drug crime and witness tampering.
