FBI seeks help in finding carjacking, shooting suspect

DETROIT, Mich. – The FBI is asking for help in finding a Detroit man suspected in a carjacking and shooting.

Angelo Allen, also known as “Two Head”, is wanted in connection with the incident that happened on May 16 on Goulburn Avenue in Detroit. Allen’s brother, Carlos Allen, was arrested in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday in connection with the same crime.

Angelo Allen is considered to be armed and dangerous.  Anyone with information should call the FBI at 313-965-2323.  HEAT (Help Eliminate Auto Theft) is offering a $2,000 reward for Allen’s arrest and up to $10,000 for auto theft crimes.  HEAT’s tip line is 800-242-HEAT.
