Breast Cancer Awareness Month is in October, and is typically the time of year nationally that we promote breast health and annual mammograms. However, thousands of women get mammograms throughout the year; in fact, Spectrum Health’s Betty Ford Breast Care Services provides roughly 95,000 screening and diagnostic procedures each year.
