WEST MICHIGAN — After enduring another hot and humid workweek, more pleasant weather is here just in time for the weekend. A cold front that made its way through here on Friday is now situated across southern Ohio and Indiana, leaving us high and dry with lower humidity and more comfortable temperatures.

About the only downside — and you can barely call it that — to today’s forecast will be a decent breeze on Lake Michigan. This will keep the water a little choppy for boaters and swimmers, but the breeze will feel nice if you’re hanging out by the beach. Here’s a look at the marine forecast for today:
The gorgeous weather is expected to continue tomorrow and Monday, then another round of hot and humid weather is on the way for the rest of the week. We’ll have to watch for showers and thunderstorms by Thursday and Friday.
