BLOOMINGDALE TWP, Mich. -- The body of a fisherman was recovered from Three Legged Lake early Wednesday evening.
Michigan State Police say they found the body of a 75-year-old man a few feet away from his boat around 6:45 p.m.
According to troopers, he left a note to his family earlier in the day to let his family know he'd be out fishing.
His name is being withheld by authorities.
Three Legged Lake is located in Bloomingdale Township, just off the intersection of 4th Avenue and 3850th Street.
