GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — No arrests have been made after two teenagers were shot Sunday afternoon on the city's northeast side.

At 2:12 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1800 block of Bradford Street NE. Upon arriving at the scene, they found that two teen boys, aged 14 and 17, had been shot.

The 14-year-old was shot in the leg while the 17-year-old had a bullet graze wound on his back, police said.

GRPD Sgt. Terry Dixon told FOX 17 that neither of the victims' wounds were life threatening and that the shooting suspect had not yet been apprehended.

People living in the area reported hearing the sound of at least three shots before seeing two suspects leave the area in a white vehicle, according to Dixon.
