GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Grand Rapids Police have revealed details behind a large police presence Friday afternoon in the 1300 block of Carlton NE.
Police say a 31-year-old man was reported to have a gun and was making suicidal threats. Police tried to make contact with the man, but after about four hours, they went inside and found the man dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
