Track of tornadoes through West Michigan

WEST MICHIGAN - The National Weather Service will be out surveying damage of the radar-confirmed tornadoes that went through West Michigan Saturday afternoon.

The weather service is reporting a storm track that went from Bangor to Grand Junction in Van Buren County, to southeast of Fennville to east of Hamilton in Allegan County to southern Jamestown in Ottawa County to southern Kent County and Wyoming, Grandville and southern Grand Rapids.

A second tornado was reported traveling through Ionia and Montcalm County, which was later confirmed to be an EF-1 by the NWS.
