VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich. — A woman who had been missing out of Decatur since Wednesday morning has been found safe, according to Michigan State Police.
Debra Fitz, 60, had last been seen by her family around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. Her family told police that when they returned home they found her personal belongings but no sign of her.
Fitz has a medical history which can cause her to be disoriented and confused at times.
Police passed along an update on Thursday, saying Fitz had been located at approximately 5:00 a.m. and is in good condition.
