RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — A federal judge has temporarily ruled that the University of North Carolina can’t block two transgender students and an employee from using bathrooms that match their gender identity.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Schroeder on Friday partially granted a preliminary injunction to the students and the employee in response to their lawsuit challenging a state law limiting protections for LGBT people.

The judge says the injunction only applies to the plaintiffs, but said he also expects them to succeed in their claim that the law known as H.B. 2 violates the federal Title IX law, which bars sex discrimination in schools.

His decision represents a win for the ACLU and Justice Department, which had sued to block the law.

His final decision on the law won’t come until after a November trial.

Why should anyone, especially the government, affirm the feelings of someone who finds their body to be a curse instead of a blessing, even when it’s completely healthy and in excellent physical shape? Let alone allow a small minority whose feeling contradict their reality to eliminate separate men’s and women’s restrooms and locker rooms for the rest of us.

Kevin, in today’s game of life, when liberalism trumps conservatism, all logic, fairness, and pragmatic thinking vanish. And if you think it’s insane today, just try to imagine Hillary nominating two or three Supreme Court justices.

We’ve become a nation of minority rule. The majority must always submit to the minority or be labeled “intolerant”. Why even bother go to the polls and vote anymore?

Which party has declared war on women and children ?
Nothing with male parts parts gets in the ladies room when my family is using the woman’s restroom, i guard the door. we also do not shop at Target and never will. They put the liberal agenda ahead of the safety of my family.
I suggest you fathers do the same.

We do the same. In fact, if my daughter needs to use a “Women’s” room that no one is barred from entering and it’s not practical to keep everyone else out while she’s in there, I’ll have no choice but to go in with her. I’ll just hang out by the sinks until she’s finished.
