ALLENDALE, Mich. – Deputies are looking for those responsible for robbing a restaurant employee as he left work last night.
The incident happened at the Peppino’s restaurant in Allendale about 2:00am.
Investigators say that the employee was walking out to his car after the restaurant closed and noticed two men standing next to his car. The suspects were wearing bandanas over their faces and as he approached, they pulled out a gun and demanded money.
Investigators say the suspects then ran into a nearby mobile home park. An attempt to track the suspects was unsuccessful.
