CHICAGO — Tribune Broadcasting and DISH Network Corporation reached an agreement, restoring FOX 17 programming today for subscribers in West Michigan.  DISH subscribers will now be able to watch FOX network shows, sports and local programming including FOX 17 News.

On Saturday, it was announced that the agreement restores DISH programming of Tribune Broadcasting’s 42 local television stations in 33 markets, and Tribune’s cable network, WGN America.

The companies released a joint statement:

“We want to thank our viewers and customers for their patience and support as we worked through this lengthy process. We’re pleased to move forward and again be able to provide the content of Tribune’s local stations and WGN America for years to come.”

DISH subscribers were restored Saturday afternoon.
