KENT COUNTY, Mich. — Michigan State Police said two men were arrested Thursday in separate child porn cases in Kent County.
Richard Webb, 44, of Nelson Township, is charged with child sexually abusive material and using a computer to commit a crime.
Police said in a release investigators found child porn on his computer, and said he was distributing it as well.
Webb is the owner of an IT business in Cedar Springs, according to police.
The other man, a 39-year-old in Grand Rapids, faces similar charges. He will be identified pending formal arraignment.
Police said he is not a legal resident of the U.S.
