GRAND RAPIDS, Mich — Zeeland West meets West Catholic in a battle of defending state champions in the Game of the Week on Week 3 of the Blitz.
It is the home opener for West Catholic (2-0) and new head coach Joe Hyland. Zeeland West (2-0) comes in off close wins over Cedar Springs (14-9) and Mona Shores (32-28).
Hudsonville (2-0) visits East Kentwood (2-0) in our Blitz Battle to open OK Red play, the Eagles clipped the Falcons twice last season.
The OK Gold opens with a bang as a Wyoming (2-0) hosts Grand Rapids Christian (2-0).
Lowell plays at East Grand Rapids and Mona Shores is at Rockford in OK Conference crossovers as well.
