Nashville, Michigan is once again working to regain the record of the world's longest ice cream sundae, and they need your help to finish it off.
To break the record, a portion of M-66 will be closed off to break the current record of a 2,970-foot sundae. The current record is held by Ludington.
Watch the world's longest ice cream sundae be built on Saturday, September 17 at 11 a.m. Once they're finished, spectators can dig in around 12 p.m.
It'll cost $3 to get a spoon to dig in to the sundae.
Later that day, there will also be the Feel the Spirit concert at 3 p.m. Admission to the concert is a $5 donation.
There will be a shuttle service available to people who want ice cream at Fuller Elementary, Grace Community Church, Daniels Funeral Home, and Maple Valley High School. There will be additional parking available at Nashville Baptist Church and behind shops on the west side of town.
