GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-- A new school year is underway and Kids' Food Basket is ramping up to serve even more than ever, entering its 15th year.

Kids' Food Basket provides over 7,000 sack suppers in Grand Rapids, Muskegonand, most recently, Ottawa counties.

They're asking the community to join our Sack Supper Club. Just one dollar each weekday ($20 monthly) allows you to sponsor a local child affected by hunger for an entire year, ensuring school lunch is never that child's last meal.

Sign up now through the end of September and your year-long commitment will be matched by a Kids' Food Basket donor.

There will also be a Brown Bag Decorating Day on October 22.

KFB is asking the community to help reach a new goal of 75,000 decorated bags, enough for 10 days of service, to ensure that every Sack Supper contains a touch of love!

Make sure to deliver your decorated bags by October 22, either by mail or drop them off at any of the Kids' Food Basket locations.
