WEST MICHIGAN-  After being spoiled with several days in the 80s and numerous days above normal, it seems as though Mother Nature knows we’ve officially changed over to fall.

1-1

Our next storm is taking shape in the Rocky Mountains currently and will eventually strengthen once it crosses over the mountains.  This will be the coldest system of the season bringing strong northwest winds and some rainy conditions to the region.

By Sunday night into Monday, those strong northwest breezes bring in that cool, Canadian air as the cold front sweeps through our region.

By Tuesday afternoon, that cool air remains in place for the first part of the week.  Our average high temperatures for the beginning of next week are in the upper 60s and we’ll be well below that a few days.
