GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Grand Rapids Police are asking for help in finding a missing woman.
Ma-Josefina Ramirez-Munoz, 41, left her home in the 900 block of Dorchester Avenue SW Thursday morning and has not been seen or heard from since. She is believed to be on foot.

Police say she goes by “Josefina” and suffers from a mental condition that causes delusions, hallucinations and disorientation. She is not considered a threat to herself or others.
