NILES, Mich.— A cyclist was taken to the hospital after deputies say a car hit him Saturday afternoon.
It happened around 1:00pm near the intersection of Ironwood Rd. and Wrinkler Dr. in Cass County.
Deputies say Michael Flanigan was riding when Nicholas Moore, who was driving, hit the bike.
Flanigan was hurt in the crash. His injuries are not known, however we’re told he was wearing a helmet.
Alcohol is not a factor in the crash.
