  • 4 C milk
  • 3 C Half and Half

Mix all ingredients together

  • 32 oz bread diced small

Add egg and milk mixture to bread pieces until all bread is covered

1 C Myers Rum, burn off in sauce pan

1 C butter

2 C brown sugar

1/2 C corn syrup

Mix well over low heat

Pour all over bread mixture and add one box golden raisins and pinch of salt.

Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes covered with foil

Remove foil and bake additional 30 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!
