1. Donald Trump will be back in Michigan today.

He's expected to speak at a rally at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. The doors open at 2 p.m. and the rally starts at 5 p.m.

Ticket information is on his campaign website, under the events tab.

No word yet when Hillary Clinton will make her next stop in Michigan.

2. Meanwhile, Chelsea Clinton returns to Michigan today to continue to campaign for her mom.

She'll be in Traverse City. This comes just a week after she visited Grand Rapids where she talked about the importance of supporting families when it comes to things like maternity leave.

3. A new study shows that people are starting their holiday shopping earlier.

The study from CreditCards.com credit found 34 million Americans already started holiday shopping, and about one million are done.

A senior analyst for the website said even though so many people are shopping early, three out of four Americans are actually annoyed by how early the shopping season starts.

There are still more than 80 shopping days until Christmas.

4. If you're looking for a good scare ahead of Halloween, The Haunt opens for the season today.

It's a 20,000 square foot "compound of fear" that also includes an outdoor attraction called "Abandoned".

Tickets for opening weekend are half off; otherwise general admission is $21.

The Haunt is on Waldorf Avenue in Walker.

5. Little monsters, rejoice: Lady Gaga is headed to the Super Bowl.

She'll be headlining the half time show.

She made the announcement on Twitter saying "It's not an illusion. The rumors are true, this year the Super Bowl goes Gaga!"

This is the second year in a row the super bowl has featured an appearance from Lady Gaga. She sang the national anthem at Super Bowl 50 and got rave reviews.

Super Bowl 51 is set for February 5th, 2017.
