GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Brothers Matt and Adam Chafee were paralyzed in incidents a few months apart, but today they are sharing a new wheelchair accessible minivan made possible by donations and a company that specializes in adaptive equipment and vehicles.

The brothers were introduced to their new wheels Monday at Clock Mobility in Grand Rapids.

"We're really thankful," said Adam.

"This shows that there is still light in this world," said Matt.

And the brothers have had their share of dark times. Matt, the older brother, was paralyzed in 2014 in a motorcycle crash. Eight months later, Adam was paralyzed in a diving accident.
