Kentwood Police: Suspect sought after shots fired across Breton Road

KENTWOOD, Mich. — Kentwood Police are searching for a suspect after shots were fired Friday on Breton Road near Horrocks Market.

The incident happened at about 12:50 p.m.  According to a release, the suspect was riding a bike southbound on Breton and opened fire at someone walking on the other side of the street.

The suspect and the person they allegedly shot at both fled the area, police said.  There were no reports of injuries, according to a release.
