Im the Uncle of Kevin Kurtz. He did not hit a trailer, He hit a Gravity wagon, that was filled. So because the wagon was filled it was like he was hitting a brick wall. The vehicle that Kevin hit was a truck. That had no lights on at all. Kevin tried to stop, There is a skit mark for proof that he did.

Micheal im so very sorry for your loss. The accident happened in front of my home. Im sorry to say but the driver had all working light. This is an unfortunate wreck due to speed. His skid mark is around 50 to 60 yards down the road. Again im so sorry for you and your families loss. Very tragic event for sure.
